The PCZ Performance Heat-Shielded Catless Downpipe eliminates both issues by combining a smooth, high-flow straight-through layout with an integrated thermal insulation shield.
Engineered specifically for Stage 1 and Stage 2 tuning calibrations, this downpipe drops backpressure to speed up turbo spool, sharpen throttle response, and build mid-range torque. The built-in dimpled stainless heat isolation wrap keeps extreme exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) contained inside the pipe. This lowers engine bay temperatures, protects surrounding sensors and wiring, and maintains maximum exhaust gas velocity for optimal scavenging.
Constructed from heavy-duty, TIG-welded T304 stainless steel with precision CNC-machined V-band flanges, it guarantees a leak-free, direct bolt-on fitment. Finished with a laser-engraved brushed stainless PCZ Performance plaque riveted onto the thermal mesh for genuine build authentication.
