  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 4–10 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier delays, or stock availability.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

  • Precision Car Zone is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned goods must be in original packaging, undamaged, unused, and with no colour changes or modifications.

  • Shipping costs for returns are covered by the buyer.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approved returns within 5–10 business days.

  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Precision Car Zone are intended for off-road or aftermarket use and may void the vehicle’s original warranty.
