Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if the item has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the order must be processed under our Return & Refund Policy if eligible.

3. Exceptions

Custom, special-order, or pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production or processing has started.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be refunded under the cancellation policy; you must follow the returns procedure instead.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
