  • Estimated delivery time is between 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

  • Rural or regional areas may take additional time for delivery.

  • Any pre-order or custom products will have a longer lead time, which will be communicated before purchase.


3. Shipping Methods

  • We ship using trusted courier partners such as Australia Post, Aramex, TNT, and DHL, depending on your order size and location.

  • All parcels are shipped with tracking numbers, which will be provided via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

  • Signature on delivery may be required for high-value items unless otherwise requested.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier, but please note that we are not liable for delays or damages caused by courier mishandling once the order has left our warehouse.
