Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with no signs of installation, modification, or colour change.

  • Items showing any damage, alteration, or missing parts will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Custom-made or special-order items are non-refundable unless proven defective or incorrect.


Return Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

  3. Returned items must include proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds
