Installation & Fitment

BMW M3 Sedan (F80) — 2015–2018

BMW M4 Coupe (F82) — 2015–2020

BMW M4 Convertible (F83) — 2015–2020

Prep the Vehicle: Park on a level surface, turn off the engine, and disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety.

Remove Stock Intake System: Loosen the hose clamps, unclip the mass air flow sensors (if applicable), and unbolt the factory air boxes from the engine bay.

Remove Front Grilles: Carefully pop out the front kidney grilles to access the front air duct space.

Route Silicone Hoses: Feed the PCZ Performance silicone intake hoses from the turbo inlets through the front radiator support to the front grille area.

Mount Filters & Covers: Attach the high-performance air filters and protective covers to the ends of the silicone pipes behind the front grille.

Secure Clamps: Ensure all T-bolt and worm-gear clamps are tightened securely to prevent boost leaks or loose fitment.

Verify & Reassemble: Reinstall the front kidney grilles, reconnect the battery, and start the engine to check for proper fitment and sound verification.
