Installation & Fitment

This CSL DRL module kit is a plug-and-play LED board replacement specifically for LCI BMW 3 Series F30, F31, and F35 models with factory LED headlights (2016-2019). No coding or additional wiring is required.

Installation Guide:1. Preparation: Disconnect the negative battery terminal (10mm wrench) before beginning any electrical work.
2. Access: Access the DRL modules on the headlight housing. This often requires removing the bumper or partially removing the wheel arch liner.
3. Swap Boards: Gently use a heat source (like a heat gun) to soften the original DRL board's thermal adhesive. Carefully remove the original boards and clean any residue from the housing.
4. Install: Apply the supplied thermal adhesive to the back of the new yellow DRL boards, position them correctly, and ensure they are firmly seated before reconnecting the DRL wiring.
5. Test: Reconnect the vehicle battery and test the DRLs and turn signal functions before fully reassembling the vehicle's panels.
