Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.
• Delivery for items that are out of stock or back-ordered cannot be guaranteed.
• Additional shipping costs and/or a 20% restocking fee may apply for refused or undeliverable shipments.
• Packages are thoroughly packaged for safe arrival and insured up to $100.
• In case of incorrect items received, notify us within 2 days for prompt resolution.

Return Policy

• Faulty product returns must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
• Refunds applicable only to faulty products, excluding shipping fees.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Change of mind returns accepted within 30 days in original packaging.
